Delaunay triangulations [Boris Delaunay in 1934] maximize the minimum angle of all the angles of the triangles in the triangulation
points used by the algorithm are locations of urban regulations [setbacks, height requirements, street access, adjacent buildings] and architectural requirements [minimum glazing, program...]
